So disappointed! This service is really cheap, but it made me understand the old saying "you get what you pay for." We had to switch to another carpet cleaner because Omni didn't take the time to get our carpets clean. They just sort of ran the machine over the carpet really quickly and then got out, leaving streaks behind.
