They ruined my UGG boots!
I would have expected that the day my clothes were not delivered on time that I would have begun receiving updates from management at that store. At a minimum every few days I would have expected to a call updating me.
Quality is good and they are friendly. However, they have been late getting my dry cleaning back to me on several occasions. They also "lost" my payment and customer information and mixed my account with someone else who as the same name. If you are flexible on when you need your dry cleaning returned and don't rely on the convenience of having an automatic payment process in place, you will likely enjoy the dry cleaning quality and friendly employees. After multiple missed "ready by" dates/times, I will be try my another service.
I used the location located at 33rd and boulevard which is nearest to my home, and a young lady named Kierra assisted me on thursday. This place was very clean which assured me that my dry cleaning would be taken care of. If you are in search of a good friendly cost efficient place, this is your store. Thanks Lapels!
This is unacceptable service. I will never return to this store again.
UPDATE: Manger just called and was extremely unprofessional. He also said that his driver said I yelled and screamed at her which is a horrible lie. Before I honestly thought this was just incompetence on their part but now it seems like a complete lack of character. He blamed me for not knowing exactly what was in the bag when he finally returned my call 11 days later (I was at work – I gave him my best guess, drove home at lunch, called back and left a message 2 hours later with exactly what I had lost) In the past six days since I’ve been calling in no one ever asked what I was missing. Today was the first day they inquired and yet somehow they had already determined that they never received my clothes and that it was not their fault. This is the worst service I have ever received across any industry at any time in my life.
Additionally, during this whole process I have called them 8 times trying to figure out where my clothes are and why I have not received them yet. Today was the first time I received a call from anyone that the store updating me on the status of my clothes.

I am very displeased with Lapels In Edmond. I turned in 3 dress shirts to be tailored on the 1st of December. As of today, the 3rd of January, I still do not have my shirts. When I called them today they said they had 2 of my shirts and the third on Tuesday. They told me by 5pm on Wednesday they should finally have them complete.
I wanted to like Lapels Dry Cleaning. They picked up and delivered to my house when no one else would. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their service to anyone. As of this writing I am missing 2 shirts and a pair of pants. They were picked up 11 days ago. This is not the first time my clothes have gone missing – it’s the third. And about a month ago I had to catch their driver to give her back a pair of pants delivered to me that were not mine. In every case – I had to call over and over before getting any traction. The manager finally called me back today 6 days after my initial call reporting the missing items. And this time, just like the previous two incidents, I am being told they don’t have my clothes. The last incident was resolved only because my shirts were monogrammed in the collar with my initials. They found them tagged with another customer’s name. I am of course frustrated that they continue to lose my garments but I am equally frustrated with their response. I should not have to call back multiple times to hear from the manager. When I do hear from a manager, I don’t think I should have to convince him that my clothes are really lost, especially given the history. I don’t know about you but I don’t normally inventory every garment I take to the cleaners. I have now found another service that has agreed to pick up from my house so I’m moving on – just as soon as I get my laundry back. This is unacceptable service.
