The quality of their work is superb but my absolute favorite thing is their first-rate customer service. It is the best I have ever experienced.
I have my clothing dry cleaned twice a month and have tried several local cleaners. I decided to try Tide since I received a coupon in the mail. The place is immaculately well kept; way cleaner than most locations. Very organized system. They offer curbside and even a delivery service. They have a 24 hour automated pick up machine, although when I inspected it for use, the system appeared to have crashed. I received an email when my clothes were ready (same day service). My clothes were as expected, but I was a little disappointed they didn't have that Tide smell. I think the price is on the higher end of the spectrum for ordinary dry cleaned shirts and slacks. The value is just not there for me, which is what I personally value the most.
I recommend them without hesitation and will use them for as long as I live in Oklahoma.
Absolutely the best service I have ever had. Mike B went completely above and beyond to provide instant service for me! The owner is often talking to customers. That tells a lot. Very fair prices.
First and last time i will be taking my items to a tide dry cleaners. Not only did i not receive phone calls letting me know my items were ready when i forgot about them but when i went to pick up my white sheets i noticed there was black markings on my sheets! after making note of the black marks and telling the associate she stated “that’s probably from them being dragged on the ground.” she didnt say we could clean them or anything! I now have white sheets with black marks on them after spending over $60 to have them professional cleaned.. RIDICULOUS!!! Someone needs to teach the location about customer service. I also received a call after making a complaint on the corporate website and it was the husband of the rude lady at this location. Please do send me a fake reply saying your concerned about my terrible review i left because we both know that is far from the truth. This location is more concerned with their reviews than customer service.
They refuse to take my clothes because they said I don't pay for picking up my clothes. I thought everyone pay when you pick up your clothes. Kinda funny I thought. I wouldn't recommend no one here on lack professionalism. Plus the said they sold my clothes. Wow. Worst cleaners ever. 5 star? yea right!
I love, love, LOVE Tide Dry Cleaners in Edmond. When I found out they are a locally owned business my love grew even more.
