Never used their services before... just want to let them know that their loud and outdated fans wake me up everyday at 8 am with their rickityness.

I have used Parkway Cleaners for quite some time. While the staff is professional and pleasant, their system for tracking clothing is problematic. When I recently picked up clothing, after I got home I discovered that I was given an item that did not belong to me. I returned it and was told that I would be credited with the amount I was charged for the cleaning. When I got home with the items I had picked up that day, I discovered that I was missing a suit. I called and was told my suit was there and ready for pick up. When I went in, they did not have my suit. Instead, they handed me the SAME item I had returned as not being mine. Now, they cannot locate my suit. They have run reports and cannot locate my suit. I just got off the phone with a manager and was told they needed an ENTIRE WEEK to run additional reports. Also, I have not been credited for the cleaning charge on the item that did not belong to me. I worry about the outcome of this situation with my Lost suit.
I have used Parkway for years. They have always done a great job with my clothes. The owner has stayed open late for me when I had to have a suit for work the next day. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend this cleaners to anyone.
