Well Mr. Talmadge there are many places to get clothes dry cleaned and I will do my best to keep people from your business AND I CAN ASSURE YOU I WILL NOT BE BACK. When a person brings in BRAND NEW clothes and you ruin them it is your fault
I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and the Manager Michael Talmdage still did not call me to apologize or find a way to make it right. He just said they were innocent and I needed to call the manufacturer. He explained how much integrity they have......WHAT A JOKE.
They RUINED a brand new pair of my Joes Jeans. When I asked the Manager to call to discuss HE NEVER CALLED. When I called back he had his worker explain to me that it was not their fault that my jeans were ruined when they cleaned them. How dumb do you have to be to ruin some jeans?
Your standard run-of-the-mill dry cleaners. Drive through is convenient. Clothes always look nice and pressed when I pick them up. Have a drop box for after hours. Reasonably priced compared to other nearby locations. Wish they were open on Sundays. Some of my items have come back with smudges or dirt particles that should have been cleaned. Mostly good work though.
I brought a BRAND NEW pair of Joes jeans to be the "SUPER CENTER" to be cleaned before going on a cruise. When I pulled them out on my cruise they were RUINED. Upon my return I took them by the "SUPER CENTER" and they said I would need to call the manufacturer because it was not their fault.
Since this place has been under new management things have improved a lot. Prices are, as always, far beneath the competition, but the quality is as I would expect from any cleaners. The people are more friendly than almost anywhere else I go in Edmond. I definitely would recommend you try these guys. You may find your cleaning bill is cut almost in half with no "cut rate" quality.
Please let me wash your clothes and I will return them like you did mine.

You ruined my jeans, you ruined my mood....and your claimed integrity and customer service are HORRENDOUS.
Horrendous is the best word to describe this place. They will ruin your clothes and tell you it is not their fault....RUNNNNNNNN AWAY!!!!!!
I had been using this cleaner for almost a year. The quality of help and quality of work have seriously declined in past two months. I had 4 articles of clothing ruined--all that had been cleaned at this location previously. They took NO responsibility. In the end, they didn't even refund the price I paid for the cleaning.
