If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I have to go into this store they are always rude and never want to help me with any of the questions that I have. The last time I went in there Erica even sent me to the other store because she lied and said they didn't know how to transfer my stuff. Worst experience ever, and I actually like T-Mobile.

New manager is AWESOME! Very enthusiastic, helpful, and knowlegable! Had some very complex issues and they were very patient and helpful to me!
This is the most helpful store! the manager is awesome and the assistant manager is so sweet. everyone has there days but these ladies at this store know exactly what they are doing.
