They installed a replacement radio including a backup camera. My car has an amp so they had to work with Pioneer to get everything perfect which they did.
I've had window tent, new stereo system, and speakers put in from this company. I feel like they do a good job but always find myself going back to get something touched up or looked at over once more because it wasn't done in its entirety.
I dropped my car off at opening and was told first come first serve. I was the first customer there. At 1730 they were calling and asking if they could keep the car until the following day. After chewing on them, they said they were going to pull it in and stay late to fix it. I was pacified. 10min later they called to tell me that it wasn't the speakers, it was the radio. 10 MINUTES! I should have had my car back before 10am. I will NEVER go back again.
Bad customer service. Definitely do not recommend this audio plus. Others may be better or check out an auto accessories store.
Knowledgeable service. Process were reasonable, and they did what they promised on time
