I went to the Sam's tire shop to get my tire repaired. The nail in my tire was in a precarious place and the gentleman waiting on me said he wasn't sure it could be fixed. They would know more when they got the tire off and could see exactly where the hole was. They were able to repair my tire at no charge! I went to Sam's after I had gone to the place where I bought the tire and they looked at the tire, still on the car, and said they couldn't fix it. Sam's service department went the extra mile to actually investigate the damage and were able to repair it. I will be doing my future tire business at Sam's. They were courteous, helpful and got the job done.

Won't be buy cell phone's from here anymore. Tried over a hour to call and talk to someone in cell phone's. Then get to store no one there. Wife goes to service desk , they say will send someone , got tired of waiting. Went to AT&T Store on 2nd and got great service .
Hard to find help but otherwise a great Sams store. Meat dept. employees very helpful.

It's Warehouse shopping. They have improved over the past few years. Prices are good for bulk quantity but sometimes the quality is not what you would hope especially in the produce department.
