A gentleman named Alberto helped reslove my issue. Even though he couldn't solve it himelf, he gave me the number for technician assistance and asked me to let him know what the resolution was in order for him to help others more effectively.
My husband and I drive 1-1/2 just to go to this store! They always been amazing ! Great friendly people and they have always gone above and beyond to help us!!
We have been a Sprint customer for over a decade. Never had a problem with this store. They have always done everything they could to help us. Being patient goes a long way.
I came to this repair center, to have my HTC 10 fixed. The repair technician could not even boot my phone into bootloader/recovery mode. Claimed my phone was totaled, due to a minor dent on the bottom edge of the frame. My HTC 10 worked for just about 7 months, with that dent.
WORST COMPANY EVER!! Satisfaction guarantee does not mean what they say. I have turned in the phone and cancelled service within the guarantee period only to be sent to collection over non-receipt of the phone. I HAVE THE RECEIPT SHOWING I RETURNED THE PHONE!!! I will never ever ever ever consider trying Sprint again. The communication between corporate and their stores is non-existent. BUYER BEWARE!!
