This was the best experience my family and I have ever had when purchasing a home! We were moving from out of town and really had no clue who to choose to help us find our dream home, when we stumbled on Tiara Levinson with Levinson Homes we were impressed right off the bat. She spent hours and hours with us showing us homes and getting us any and all information we requested. She made this process so easy and treated us like we were long time friends. We would have loved to have had Tiara list our home as well but it was a unfortunately a couple hours away; however she was still there for us when we had questions on offers we received. And she is still there for us even after our closing on the new house! I would recommend her to everyone I know.
I disclosed the fact that I was a first-time seller and communicated my frustration, but the lack of communication continued. I felt confused and bullied throughout the entire process by my own team (Rhonda), so I finally discussed my frustrations with Tara who took Rhonda off my listing and took over herself. I didn't talk to Tara again throughout the rest of the process and just worked with the closing coordinator (who was awesome). When closing day came, nobody from my team showed up. Tara's husband finally showed up 20 minutes late with a latte in his hand, no apology, and just said Tara was out of town.
