Loved Tameka she is awesome! She gets stuff done if and when you need it. Now for the owner he is terrible, the entire time of the lease he was okay. But that last 30 days with in the notice he was horrible, in the lease states 24 hour notice in order to show the property. He would give you 8 or less hours of advance notice, then doesn't give you a chose if it's possible. Then on day of moving he will show and rush you out of the property.

This is hands down the WORST RENTAL experience I have had in my 11 plus years of renting. One of their rental homes (9543 Greystone Avenue, The Village, OK) is infested with cockroaches because of poor management and maintenance. I moved into this property less than 3 months ago and I was given the property in the worst condition I have ever seen a home. Dead roaches and bugs all over the house, no signs of any sort of cleaning before they gave us the keys. I refused to move into the property until it was cleaned (which involved one of their leasing agents telling her husband to come over with a vacuum cleaner after work hours to suck up the dead insects all over the house while she walked around with wet wipes - they were done in 5 minutes.....yeah Edmond Premier keeping it classy). I should have known from all the roaches I saw that the house was infested. We moved in and those suckers came out from all sorts of places in the home. We told Edmond Premier about it within a week and the most they offered to do was spray the place while we were living there, they also didn't believe us when we said the property was infested with roaches, we had to send them pictures and then they wanted videos of the roaches that were alive and walking around. The home along with the roaches had a molding dishwasher that was backing up nasty stuff, and a broken refrigerator - for the first month of our miserable stay at this property, we didn't have a working refrigerator. Something went wrong with this house literally every week, I found myself in their office weekly complaining about something or the other. Even after 4 rounds of spraying for roaches, we still continued to see them. After I found one crawling around on my silverware in the kitchen and one crawling on my couch, I drew the line and asked for them to reduce the rent or let us out of our 1 year lease. The owner of the property agreed to let us out of our lease, we have spent 3 months in this disgusting property and during our last month there they already listed the property for rent again and will most likely have the next suckers move into the place without addressing any of the issues in the home, including the roaches which are a health hazard. There is a reason these guys have such poor ratings. I can't even begin to tell you every detail of the crap we dealt with, because I would be writing all day. Easily the worst management company I have ever dealt with. Unprofessional, tacky, and greedy liars.
Communication horrible and now rent payments are not coming. Avoid at all cost
They kept my deposit. Left me hanging on eviction follow-up. Manager follow--up is completely unreliable. Never does what she says.
This company manages 7701 Doris Drive OKC, and they really seem to let this house fall apart. the house has been vacant for months and they won't send somebody to mow the lawn. They don't return calls either.
