I don't quite think the new folks working for the company know what they are doing, or know anything about landlord/tenant laws. I am so glad we moved and I wouldn't rent from this company again. They will give you minimal service, but beyond that, good luck.
They managed the property that I leased and were always responsive and super quick with repairs. Friendly and knowledgeable, they had properties all over the metro to choose from.

My experience has been a very poor one, and I do not hestitate to call them slum lords. I would not rent from this company. I also think it’s very telling that their good reviews are all from employees.
