My family and I are pleased with Fidelity Real Estate Brokers! Lorena is very nice and showed us the house via facetime. it was also great to meet her family and learn a little about Edmond. Joni is an awesome property manager! She is very accommodating and responds texts quickly, which I appreciate a lot. The website is easy to use and it helps to be able to schedule rent payment online. The house was clean and in great condition while moving in. The minor maintenance items we had were resolved quickly to our complete satisfaction by Ray, who is an excellent handyman skilled at all types of jobs including plumbing and electrical! What more could one ask for ? Wishing Fidelity the very best - I sure will be sending them referrals! :)
