I found hair in my pizza......when I picked it up, the staff was rude. Didn't think asking for pizza I bought was a big deal, apparently it is. I like Papa John's pizza because he is my pizza daddy, but I do not care to go to this location ever again. Ever.

I always come to this Papa Johns because it's by my house & it's always good pizza but today I came (on time) and my pizza wasn't ready & I ended up waiting 10-15 minutes and was pretty upset but didn't say anything and then when my pizza was ready they handed me it and said "were sorry about your wait & werefunded you're card" #blessed they're just reinforcing my love for papa johns! Great employees make the difference!
It would be cheaper to use the post mates app to get it picked up from a different location.
My boyfriend and I ordered 33 bucks worth of pizza, , desert and breadsticks only to end up with undercooked doughy pizza that had to be put back in the oven to be eatable!! Then when we called to complain about the CRAPPY pizza they had the nerve to offer a pizza credit like we're going to order from them again " NO WORRIES" Well be calling dominos
