I repeated my order 3 times and they still got it wrong...have had much better experiences at other JJ's

Fast and Fresh. Bad location, hard to get out of.
I placed an order for my husband who was home with no phone at 3:30 pm, the food was delivered no problem. But when I got got home at 8:30 and noticed they never sent him his large drink I paid for I called the store to let them know. Immediately he says no problem he'll send a driver right back out. Then calls back 2 minutes later and says " ma'am I have your order placed 5 hours ago so...." I respond" yes you're correct but the fact remains I paid $2 for a soda that was never delivered so I can wait for it to be added to a future order or however you'd like to do it" the guy sits on the phone with no response. So I say "so what are you going to do? Are you goint to add it to my next order?" He says yea and hangs up right in the middle of me responding to him. Very rude. Terrible customer service. I don't appreciate the attitude especially considering you guys were the ones who screwed up!
The mahfks always deliver on time, sometimes they be shorthanded but that's understandable hwaghh. I want to say thank you to Jimmy and all of his creations. I'm hungry, and the tuna mix is delizzicious nomseen!?
