Have used Chores to Doors a few times already in fact just used them today. In short, the service that they provide is second to none. Never had a bad experience! I travel out of state and they have been a lifesaver from me for varies items such as paying a bill for me to even dropping off food or misc items to my family. I find their pricing to be competitive and will continue to use them for many years to come.
I've used there texting feature for food and it works just like if I were to go get the food myself. Instructions followed to the t for picky orders. Only wish for perfect score is to give an ETA for delivery but other than that it's worth it especially for this single dad stuck at home with the kids in bed.

I used to love Chores to Doors but the service has gone downhill substantially. The latest bad encounter was tonight when I placed a small and simple order and was quoted an hour wait time. At 1.25 hours, I hadn't heard anything so I asked for an update. They then said it would be 45 minutes (meaning a total of 2 HOURS). When I expressed concern and asked why I wasn't informed or the substantial delay, their response was "Would you like to cancel your order?" Yep, that's all they said. What a huge lack of customer service and just plain disrespect!!! I have always loved supporting local businesses but I'll be using Postmates from here on out.
The location in Edmond is always finding excuses to why they can not deliver food. Terrible customer service.
