Dishonest on quotes, Customer Service Skills need to be addressed regarding returning phone calls in a timely manner. Addressing concerns and or questions in a timely manner. I was Not told everything upon signing up and for a week , I called requesting a return call regarding my account and changes needed and never got a response and Unauthorized money was pulled from my account. Very Disappointed and Employees are not Professional, I cannot even post without clicking a star which is Not deserved.
The staff here has been very thorough in answering my questions and going over my options carefully. The agent I've worked with has always been both friendly and professional! Highly recommended!
