Been an Allstate customer for 10 years, had existing motorcycle policy, but upgraded to brand new 2013 Harley, called and added Harley to policy and monthly payment increased over 40$ per month..... 2 month's later State Farm gave me the same coverage for 30$ less. Called to cancel the policy on the Harley, received no resistance but 2 months later I found out I owe Allstate money for early termination of policy.
Really Allstate? You cant compete on prices so you charge early termination of policy when someone finds a lower rate.... You lost this customer for life.....
