Called in for info on possible claim on Wed. Was told by Kieth Barry at same ph # that a couple roof contractor would go out and assess situation. I called Thur/Fri to get roofers contact info and couldn't find anyone to speak with to get this specific info. My account was recently turned over to Mr Schubert because Rod Eskridge retired. Im changing offices......simple !
