Really great storage space. They made professional recommendations and provided exactly what i needed. Truly top notch storage facility. I would recommend this to anyone with storage needs. The space was clean, spacious well ventilated. The staff was extremely organized and timely, almost too timely because i was late for my appointment LOL. My business has been a customer of Extra Space Storage on 620 W. Edmond Road since 2013. The company went through an ownership change in 2016. The new ownership brought on a new lease agreement, which was supposedly mailed out to all of their customers. The problem is my business does not have a copy of that contract nor does Extra Space Storage, meaning that both parties never signed the document to make it a legally binding contract. In this new contract, they state that they do not accept partial payments. Their former contract states nothing about not accepting partial payments. I had a payment returned to me because it was 10 days late, and I had not been made aware of this clause in their new contract because the only contract that I have and Extra Space Storage has is the previous ownership’s agreement that does not state that Extra Space Storage does not accept partial payments. Anyone with good business sense knows that since there is no executed lease contract signed that states they don’t accept partial payments then I am not obligated to those terms. This whole situation has been a major inconvenience to me and my business. Extra Space Storage is very lucky that I have not pursued legal action for their carelessness and unethical practices. I am sure they are taking advantage of people who aren’t aware of the fact that if they have not signed their new agreements then they cannot legally be held to those terms of the new agreement. I have decided to take my business elsewhere, but I wanted to make the community aware of the unethical ways of this business.
Love having the extra space to store all of my holiday decorations! For months I contemplated storing things to relieve some room in my home. I heard about Extra Space Storage and Rachel was a GREAT help! She helped me figure out which size was best for me and reassured me of all their security tools here on site! The site was also extremely clean and well organized, definitely would recommend!
