They were great when they moved our piano. We scheduled our piano to be tuned a week after the move. When the day of the appointment came, we got an email reminder from them. However, they never showed up. I waited a few hours to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they never came. I called them to ask what was going on, and the lady that answered said someone from the front office would call me back. It's been weeks, but nobody has tried reaching out to us, besides generic automated email reminding us our piano needs to be tuned... Pretty disappointed with our experience, and we'll be reaching out to someone else for our tuning.
The ONLY reason I give this more than 1 star is solely because of Greg. We had booked a piano relocation with Jordan, confirmed the appointment time via an email thread, and the moving crew never showed up. I called the store and the woman who answered said she had no contact information for Jordan or anyone that works there. I emailed them again to find out the crew's whereabouts to no avail. Luckily, we were able to call Greg's cell phone, and he went and got a company truck to help us move the piano by himself. Never heard from Jordan any which way and never received an explanation as to why our appointment was blown off. We are truly grateful to Greg, but we will not recommend their services to anyone.
Great same day, last minute service! Answered my call and was there working within a few hours. Very accommodating and reliable. I would recommend this business to anyone.
