I scheduled an appointment online for the same day. I got a confirmation email, and even called their corporate office to confirm the appointment, since it was short notice. They called me to cancel it halfway through the appointment window, offered me a discount, and promised to show up at 8:30am. I hesitantly agreed. The next morning, they didn't show up, and didn't bother to call or text to let me know why. I called every number I could find, but never got a warm body to find out what was going on. Waited for three hours and gave up. They called me long after the appointment window ended to tell me they'd had a "hectic morning". Why not text or call to let me know? It takes about twenty seconds. Awful.
