Everyone is friendly and helpful
I always receive fast friendly service. They are very helpful with getting my driver's license renewed. The only challenge is when there are more steps or charges to a process than I knew about (after buying a new car) or trying to get an ID for someone who has not had one before. Like the tag agencies elsewhere, they have to send you to one of the designated locations, but they were helpful with information about scheduling an appointment and made the process as painless as possible.
