Horrible people are working here. I called in to ask if I can come for a road driving test over the the phone 30mints before I came in ...they said I can come in and it’s available..upon reaching I took my tickets and waited for about 45mints to get my turn ...when my turn came they ask what can they do for me..I told them
I’m here for road test . They were super rude as the person next to my interviewer said ; it’s written on the sign mam we don’t have driving today” as though I’m there without any knowledge first to call in and ask if it was available . They didn’t apologize for the inconvenience they gave us for letting us sit for about and hour and coming all the way from Guthrie just to be told they don’t have that. Well here’s a tip: if you don’t have it, don’t say you have and call people in like this wasting time . Respect other people’s time because you’re not the only one working.
Went early in the morning the people were nice and friendly and helpful there I was able to get in and get out. The first time I came I was a little bit frustrated and one of the workers made fun of me, I had my son with me 3 months old he was screaming crying however I'm glad when I came back this time the experience was much different
My first visit was good the guy was so helpful and polite. But during my 2nd visit I met a lady who was so rude not helpful at all. She was so mean after sitting there for 2hrs and I was treated like trash. With the altitude she gave me I think she not suppose to serve the citizens of Oklahoma. Am gonna make sure I know her name so that they know who am talking about
Made an online appointment for driver's test, got there 5min before appointment. Was called immediately, took the test with a great gentlemen. Didn't make me at all feel nervous like my last two experiences at the South downtown dmv. I'm really glad I change my driver's test to this location. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly.
Ramirez at the Edmond office was rude and just plain ugly towards my son. There is no need for that especially in a DMV type position. Luckily my son maintained his composure because I almost lost mine! I'm currently looking for a name and number to report him.
