The rays of sunshine are not shining on the employees here. Rude, condescending, and slower than snails (to be cliche). From the receptionists who roll their eyes at patients to the man who administered the urine test, these employees may benefit from sunlights or tranquil music.
Do not go here if it can be avoided.
