Integris is neglectful of patients, and horrible at customer service. If you deal with Integris, they do not keep track of their records and they ignore customers. Do not go to Integris.
Integris does not provide friendly and helpful customer service. Last year, I went to the emergency room at Integris. The bill was $2,000, but my insurance covered all but $800. Integris continues to bill us for $2000. My husband and I have consistently called Integris, but they either do not respond to messages or they tell us they are still working on our issue.
My wife has had 3 visits with her PCP and it all started with a cyst being removed...took 3 stitches, it got infected, Call PCP to go back om, they couldn't so I took her to Integris Baptist and Dr cut middle stitch to drain an follow up with PCP... She cut a bigger chunk out on Friday then have her 12 stitches. She returned today for a follow up and she removed the stitches and said a surgeon would be there. There was no surgeon, only rude staff that acted like we are beneath them. We have good insurance. All the did was flush out a 5×3 Inch wound without a local or anything. She was screaming in pain. The nurse made the comment " it's not like there's an organ hanging out!" I called the surgeon she suggested and Dr Bass suggested and he's not interested. Worst experience ever!!! Just a flesh wound... really???
I've been here 3 times now and it is much smoother and quieter than the other metro locations. Once you figure out where you need to be which can be accomplished by a quick call to the office you're scheduled to visit or walk in to the main entrance for directions. No I'm considering moving all of my care needs to this facility!
Wonderful experience (given the fact that I needed to be in an emergency room) at the Edmond Integris Emergency room. Absolutely no wait time, I was seen immediately by a nurse and PA, and less than 10 minutes later by a doctor. All staff were kind, understanding and helpful. Diagnosis and treatment were quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend if you need immediate emergency care!
I have chronic health issues. I went to Integris because of severe pain. I was told that I had two kidney stones. I went back a month later and was refused the pain medicine that worked the last time. When I asked the Dr. he said I was confused because the computer didn't list it but it did list that I had taken a weeks worth of pain medicine the previous month. He told me the pain releaver that I requested was used for end stage cancer only which I know isn't true because they have given it to me several times. He called in another doctor who did an ultra sound through my ribcage and said the stones were gone? How? I had no blood in my urine and never felt passing the stones. I had to take an ambulance there and they wouldn't help me with a taxi like they do others so I walked a mile to Wal-Mart and a nice lady took me home.
