I was so excited to join this facility. I thought it would be great for the entire family, especially when we have my bonus son who is almost 10. Boy was I wrong. We went at 7 AM to work out and he was basically not allowed in any area at all except the track. I was then scolded for letting him do his laps on the track alone without me right by his side. I mean come on. You won't let him in the cardio room to do the treadmill or the rowing machine (WITH MY SUPERVISION), and now I am being scolded that I was on the stair master for 10 minutes without him while he did his laps. This place is bananas. I thought it would be a great place for him to get in his workout for football that his coach said he needed to do. Boy was I wrong since the treadmill and the rowing machine are off limits even with adult supervision. I will be canceling my membership today. You would have thought they would have told me this before they let me sign up for a FAMILY MEMBERSHIP.
We have been here for the kids spring break program and will be doing the sumer camp program as well. They have offer a financial assistance application and we got a huge discount on their programs by using this. I have to say the girls at the front desk were not very friendly and seemed kind of rude, both of the guys working were awesome! My son loves this place
