I've been going to Edmond Crossfit for a few months now and I love it! I am totally addicted to Crossfit and the people there are so nice, I now know what people are talking about when they talk about the community aspect of Crossfit. The coaches are very helpful and knowledgable, making sure form and technique are spot on.
Good box. Nice and friendly staff. Great place to work out and be in community with other people.
The gym and equipment are so nice! I love that there is a 5:30am WOD so I can start my day off early. Plus it's right by my house in Edmond.
Great CrossFit gym, and very friendly to those with kids. Huge play area for little ones!
