2nd time here, paid for "best wash." Didn't notice a difference. The car wasn't dirty to start and it came out half done. Bugs were still splattered along front of car, water and soap all over. Water marks on mirrors, windows and paint. WORST of all, the wash scratched down both sides of my car! Very disappointed in this below average car wash. 2 stars is extremely generous.

Bought the $16 wash. After the wash, vehicle is still covered in bugs. The running boards have dirt on them and the tires/rims are half clean. No one sprayed or scrubbed the vehicle before the wash. Will not be returning
Competitors down the street have a better car wash. At Zip's the attendants don't even spray your car with a power washer before entering the automatic wash, they just stand around and wave their hands. There is a bug scrubber that customers can use before purchasing a wash. The vacuums are spaced so far apart that you either have to crawl through your car to vacuum both sides, or move your vehicle from one vacuum to another. The ONLY redeming quality of Zip's is that you can buy $50 of car washes for $38 at Sam's Club. If you have an uncle you don't like get him this gift card for his birthday. Once I use the $50 gift card I won't return.
The monthly membership is one of the coolest things I've spent money on at a carwash. Also with more than one location in the city that makes it even more convenient for me. Maybe gift cards for friends this Xmas.
