12 dollar wash didn't take bugs off front end. Car wash associate didn't scrub front end only windshield and back. When it was very noticeable after a 10 trip from CO at night.
I love this place. The vacuums are always strong and the wash does its job. They also hose and scrub the car before entering the tunnel which does a really good job with helping the exterior wash.
Went back after seeing free bug off buckets on way out. Only to realize they were full off muddy rain water. Asked associate if he could just spray and scrub down my front end since I paid the max 12 option. He replied, "well you should have done that before my man, but ya come over. As I approached he was noticeably frustrated. I felt I was inconveniencing them rather than them trying to finish the job and act like they cared. However they did send me through another time real quick for free which is why I gave 2 stars not 1. There are still bugs but less than before. I would never go back to this place especially with so many options around here. The owner needs to come work there and invest in the company's mission and character.

The contract is a lie! The contract says unlimited car washes 7 days a week. I would come in on Monday Wednesday and Saturday. After three weeks the owner cancelled my tag and wouldn't let me finish out the rest of the month. Said I was using it excessively.
Free vacuum. 12 WASH. WASH could be better..
