I’ve been using them for 2 years now. Always treated with respect. The pricing is good and I feel like it’s honest pricing. Waiting area is cleaning and quiet.

One of these guys helped my wife change a flat tire on side of the highway. I have also used them for various maintenance and repairs, good people.
Took a look at my car for free and even let me know it there for a couple days while we waited for someone to pick it up. Keith was very nice, and I'm glad we took it there. Easy to work with.
I myself am a working class customer service professional. However as a young female adult I’d already anticipated to being taken advantage of... calling the day before to ask about the services they provided and the pricing for them. As follows, I needed my front lights fixed because they’d all gone out. He told me if it required labor it would cost $89.50 an hour and they would let me know before hand if it requires labor. Long story short the very next morning right when they opened I’d gone in. Asked the man at the front desk the same questions and specifically asked for them to let me know how much it would cost before they did everything. I was hoping to avoid the labor charge for a simple light fix which they said usually doesn’t require labored and all of have to pay for are the bulbs. When they told me how much it would be it included the labor which was out of my budget for this paycheck. And when I told him I would reschedule in two weeks he then proceeded to tell me I still was required to pay the labor charge of &89.50 because they had to take my front off to find the lights. So I ended up paying $89.50 for NOTHING to be fixed on my car. Not just that but if I came back again to have my lights fixed I’d be charged again $89.50 to have them fixed. I don’t write bad reviews usually of people who have wronged me because I’m not petty and karma is real. But people should know this if it ever happens to them what happened to me a week ago. Very dissatisfied customer.
