All in all, they took care of me really well without making me feel taken advantage of or stupid, the price was the price they told me up front, and I will be coming back for sure!
My husband sends me in to get an oil change...I know very little about cars except how to drive them. I usually avoid places because it seems like you go in, they have you wait hours, then they tell you something is devastatingly wrong with your car (knowing you don't understand what they say) so you'll have stuff replaced that doesn't need replacing!
And this is why I LOVE this place! They know what they're doing, but they don't use that to intimidate you. I need felt pressured, they talked to me plainly (no crazy fancy talk), and they got it done in a reasonable amount of time. Also, when they saw me trying to look through the windshield wiper catalog, they immediately helped me and then looking it up in their system (my car ends up not even being in the catalog), then taking care of all that for me too.
Friendly and professional staffing, but it seems they haven't met a vehicle that didn't need an air filter replaced. While I was there they tried to sell an air filter to each of the 5 other customers there.
I really think they do a great job on my car. I have let them work on my car the last four years I have had my mazada. Sarah is a great employee! She is willing to find coupons for me and even explain anything I don't understand.
Been in there three times in the last month between me car and the wife's. And every time I think wow! Wish I had been coming here all along.
Awesome! These people have great attitudes and seem to go above and beyond for thier customers. It's the opposite experience from going into jiffy lube to get your oil changed.
