They were friendly, fair, prompt, professional & honest. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.
Really nice company they helped me replace my wheel bearings, It was more than other companies but I decided to do it because a friend recommended me them. They took longer then they said they would which Is understandable but let me know at least. Once it was finished they didn't call me like they said they would and before closing I called them and told me that it's been ready for pick up. They did a great job and Daniel overall is a great person and I can tell he loves what he does, just a little better communication would help.
I experienced horrible customer service at automotive MD they replaced my engine. A week later the pully belt he installed came off the engine. Later he tried to charge me for placing the part back on. Also he claimed there was a 12000 mile warranty on the labor and parts if anything had happened to the engine. Even with that in place he did not want to stand behind his work. Highly not recommended.
Mixed reviews on these guys. On one hand they fixed my son's car but they kept pushing my son down the line for other work.
I have an RV that no other auto or RV company in the area would work on. I called Auto MD and they took the job (replacing rear brakes) and did great work at a very reasonable price. The people at the shop were friendly and helpful, and I have no hesitation in recommending their work and prices. It's nice to be able to feel as if I can trust a mechanic to do good work at a reasonable price.
