I went in here and was charged $50 just for an estimate on my truck. I was given an estimate 400% more than my mechanic in Ardmore charged me to fix the same problem. I was under the impression and told by a coworker, also in bold on the website, that they did honest and fair work. Not sure how getting a quote that made me burst into tears is "fair"....
I had a emergency repair at 4:30 today. They took care of my repair at a fair price. They were very professional and lived up to the great things my customers have said about them. The shop is kept very clean and the waiting area is comfortable. I won't hesitate to recommend them to others.
I called for a repair quote and got a good price over the phone. Then I got there and all the numbers changed. The part price went up by 50% and the labor price went up by 50%. And the labor numbers didn't add up correctly. Somehow there was an extra $10 added in. ?? Then there was the diagnostic fee that I was not told about during the quote. I chose to have my repair done here because I got a good quote over the phone but I feel like they don't know what they are doing at all with regards to pricing. There was no one "in charge" that I could talk to about my bill when the service was complete, just the lady at the desk to take my money. She told me the guy who gave me the quote and was at the desk when I went in was just a "stand in" not the regular guy. What? Overall not a good experience and I don't recommend doing business with a shop that can't give an accurate repair quote.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They provide information about your vehicle and they don't pressure you.
