On October 11, 2017 I was in the market for a new white or silver Hyundai Accent Hatchback. Edmond Hyundai was the only dealer in the metro that had what I wanted and I'm glad they did because I had a good experience with them. It was worth the 20 mile drive from my home in Moore. I have bought over 10 cars from dealerships. I am no stranger to the process. My salesperson Frank was knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to sell me a car, no gimmicks. Sandy in customer service is very friendly and does her job well too. As does Michael in finance. I have family and friends that drive Hyundai's and now I do too. This is my first and likely not my last. Edmond will be worth the drive when I am in need again. Thank you for a pleasant, quick, and efficient experience.
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Edmond Hyundai. We scheduled an appointment with a sales rep, Frank, and he arranged to have a vehicle waiting for us out front. Frank was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the dealership's unique offers. I felt he was honest in all of his responses to my questions and clearly explained anything I wanted to know. I felt like the final price we agreed on was a fair deal and I appreciated that they were able to beat the interest rate offered by my bank. Though the process took a few hours, they were willing to stay after closing to finalize the deal.
I normally dread the process of purchasing a new vehicle. However, Brandon Downing is a wonderful salesman there was no pressure to purchase nor did I feel like just another "sale". He was both attentive and thorough throughout the sales process answering any questions that had or finding the answer to that question. If you're ever at Edmond Hyundai dealership ask for Brandon Downing! I am confident you'll have a great experience.
Frank is great! Not only did I get a good price on my trade, but I also got the car I wanted for the right price. There was no hassle and the buying process was very easy and fast.
My daughter had a great experience at Edmond Hyundai buying her first Vehicle. The advertised prices on the left over 2017 new vehicles were below what Kelly blue book valued them at. The staff ,including Frank our Salesman, where friendly and did not push us into buying the first vehicle that we test drove. Frank spent a lot of time matching up the exterior color of the SUV to the interior color that my daughter was looking for. "HE TREATED HER LIKE HE WAS BUYING THIS VEHICLE FOR HIS OWN DAUGHTER." They did not promise anything about the price or about the finance that they could not deliver. Like the sign says" HOME OF THE NO HASSLE GUARANTEE"
