Leather seats were ruined. It looked like they were burnt but I do not know and they didn't tell. They spray painted them as a "fix." The paint started coming off within 6 months. My radio and air/heat unit was also ruined. I spoke with Mercedes and a professional detailer. They said it was "bad technique." No one really knows what happened but assumption is someone without experience used a hot steamer or something which ruined the digit readings and the leather. The damage was in the thousands. He didn't have insurance to cover it. The owner is Robin Vollman. He left a review for himself.
Well, they accomplished the impossible! The interior was completely cleaned up from the seams in the dash to the insides of the vents. The upholstery was back to its original condition and funk-free, and the floors - which I wasn't expecting them to apply too much time and effort on cleaning since it is a work vehicle and the floor is punished by work boots and mud - were so spotless and pristine that I'm now regretting the next muddy day that's sure to destroy their immaculate work.
This place was great. Did not expect places like this existed any more. Simple product, simple choices, fantastic results all for a good price in a good time frame. They informed me of what I needed and in know way try to sell me something I did not need and had it completed earlier than originally expected.

I purchased a full service detail on an older sedan that was extremely dirty. Kids, you know! Well the car is absolutely pristine now, inside, outside, trunk, engine compartment... it's perfect. I was surprised at the amount of extra effort and fine detail they put into the work. The job was also very affordable. The shop is managed directly by the owner. It's not a chain. This really shows in their shop process and pride of ownership. So as long as these folks are in business, they have my patronage. I'd give them half a star extra if it were possible. I couldn't be more pleased.
VERY SATISFIED. I brought in my disgusting work vehicle, which was nearly ruined inside by an irresponsible employee no longer with us, and was pretty much banking on a miracle of modern cleaning science to remove the layer upon layers of filth and grime embedded into the dash, console, and upholstery. When the tech opened the door to take a look and proclaimed "oh my God, oh my God", I then just assumed that the miracle I needed was and impossibility and the next logical step was to apply a blowtorch to the vehicle and account for my losses.
The BEST auto detailing in town! We are thoroughly pleased with the work Auto Buff performed on our truck. The owner is very friendly and professional. He made us feel very welcome. They were able to get us in quickly for full detailing. We were shocked when we returned to see a glistening, squeaky-clean truck! Auto Buff restored it to what it looked like when we purchased it. This place has my highest recommendation, and I plan to use their services again!
