I can see why the think that one star. They wouldn't let me cash a check because it was from a different bank. Even though I've been coming here for a year it's quite ridiculous! Maybe it's just time to switch banks altogether! Thanks chase for helping with nothing and the same day deposit means nothing! I can't even use the app because you guys don't deposit the money for 3 to 4 days.
Can't seem to ever get a hold of anyone at this branch nor are the people very helpful... switching banks because of this.
