Will not be doing business with this company ever again. On my first visit to their store I bought a pair of sandals and some house shoes. I tried on several pairs of shoes and they were either uncomfortable or not a style I cared for. I had gone there on the advice of my podiatrist. The sandals were on sale. At the time of purchase I was not told that all sale items could not be returned. I brought the shoes home and after wearing the sandals for about 5 minutes took them off as they were rubbing the side of my foot. I took the shoes back and was told all sales are final on sale merchandise and that the only thing they could do was give me a store credit. A store credit will do me no good since I could not find shoes that were comfortable or to my liking. I feel this was unfair since the shoes are expensive and I wasted the money. I have talked with my podiatrist and the staff in his office. They were in agreement with me that I was treated unfairly. The doctors in this clinic refer a lot of business to this store. I felt it my responsibility to let them know of the situation in order for their other patients not to have this kind of experience. I have also alerted a large physical therapy clinic of Precision Footwear's treatment of their customers. I will continue to spread the word of my ill treatment. It is too bad that this company has left me no choice but to tell others to beware of this store.
