Nice place to live not enough parking for visitors but that's the only down fall
Lived here before and liked it. Just applied to move back. People in office were nice.
The maintenance here is great. All work orders that I have put in have been done within a 24 hour period. If it can't be done that day, they have always returned the next day to finish the job. The community is very nice and well kept. Its a great place to live.
I rented at oakridge before i bought a home thier. It is like pulling teeth to get anything done.then when it gets done it doesnt get done right. Ive also had problems buying a house from them. I've. Used their drop box twice since ive lived there and both times they lost my money order and i had to put a stop payment on it both times which cost me 30$ each time. I would not buy or rent a house here. The lot rent is to high and they wont fix anything right the first time. Im most likely going to sell my home and get out of dodge
If there was a less than 1 star option that would be this place. We have had terrible customer service. The management has changed about 4 times in the almost 3 yrs that we have been here. The trailer we were supposed to get they had been double leased and we found out from the electric company when we were trying to switch the electric into our name. We had to rush and move into another one with out a walk through. We have rotting door frames from rain water 2 years ago and still waiting for them to be replaced. We have had a never ending ant problems since moving in that we have ended up treating ourselves. The trailer is not worth the almost $800 that we pay monthly. We do not recommend this place for living and have even talked my sister out of buying a trailer from here.
