Tina does a great job of keeping the park clean and nice.
It's 8:55 PM 02/23/17, and the park manager just came (literally) pounding on my door.....angrily complaining that I had a vehicle parked on the street in front of my driveway. I reminded her that every day both of my neighbors have cars parked on the street, just as does nearly every other residence in the park. BTW, Today was the first day I have ever parked my vehicle on the street, and that was only because one of my other neighbors had my driveway partially blocked when I got home. I slammed the door in her face, and went looking for my keys. As I went out to move the vehicle I noticed that she was at my next-door neighbors.....I reminded her that I still have an open trench, approximately 6-8" inches deep-around my driveway......and that it has been that way since the driveway was poured roughly 4 months ago. I also reminded her that We've complained in the office repeatedly, and her only response was to snort "you have a notice in the office".... as she stomped off. Since we've lived here, there has been a shooting on the block directly behind ours, and on another evening, someone cut their hand on one of my vehicles and smeared blood and mud all over my car, wife's car.......as well as the front of our house. And the offices response? Crickets.... I would add, the only reason there was mud to be smeared, is that they tore the streets out, and left them as dirt roads for over a month. We own the home and pay a very high lot rent here.....and find it totally unacceptable to be treated and spoken to as I was tonight! Stay away.....stay far, far away!

This place has horrible management. The manager Tina is a very rude person. They have poured new driveways and streets here. We only got a 2 car drive poured and we have 3 ppl on the lease that have vehicles. She had a 3 car drive poured for my neighbors to the south of me. They poured the drive in front of my house! I told her that it is on my "property" that I pay to rent. It makes it hard for me to mow because my neighbors car is next to my house! There is maybe 2' between my house and their car. She just scoffed and said they will not remove good concrete. I told her that it is in front of my house and over the utility lines. She just scoffed again. We have called West Wind in California who actually own this place. You can never get a live person on the phone. Also she does not keep this place safe at all. Her son is banned from this community for trying to burn down a house. She let him back in and he tried to kill his sister and burn her! There are news reports to even confirm this! Google "Young tries to set sister on fire" this is Tina's son. You can watch the video and even see the police all over her home. She needs to go! She is not a good or responsible manager.
