Poor, poor quality control. This is a 24 hour location. At 10pm, not only did I get 1/3 of my order, but the crew gave me nasty, old, stale fries that had been sitting under the lamp for who knows how long. On top of that, the manager couldn't speak to me on the phone because - get this - her english isn't par. She had to get one of the crew members to speak to me. A manager. Couldn't talk on the phone. To a customer. Why why why why why.
Best late night resturant in okc edmund area. Overnight staff very hospitable. Willing to cook order fresh. Will work with walk ups. Parking lot is difficult for cmv or trailers.
Food is always fresh and hot. Great variety on the menu, and great personnel. O love the little cheap tacos!!
The service is always friendly, but the time it takes to get orders can be up to 29 minutes and that was when I was the only customer and few people going thru the drive-thru.
If I want a good burger I won't go here.
Jack in the Box does have a good 24/7 breakfast menu though. They make a very good breakfast burrito.
