After two different companies (Air Comfort Solutions and Gordons Service Experts) tried to bend me over for a new system they came over and found out all I needed was a $15 part. Hot water heater was out and the pan was full of water. Usually would have attempted the repair myself just to avoid calling a plumber, but the water line pathway and location was a little more than I wanted to take on. I called Kaul-Hammond and they were out the next morning. The two guys that came were very polite and knowledgable and kept me informed as to what they needed to do and why. They replaced the tank quickly and efficiently and at a very good price. I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon but I would not hesitate calling on them again.
