BEWARE. He left a GAS LEAK in our attic and would NOT call us back. Super scary. He might be okay for smaller jobs, but we had him do some plumbing work for us when we added a heated pool to our back yard. My husband found the leak.....we were lucky to find it. My husband is an engineer, so he likes to double check everything. He put soapy water on the pipe and it bubbled a lot - showing a gas leak. He videoed to leak and sent it to Higgins. They ignored us! We called and sent text with no response. He still cashed our check too. We were REALLY mad. We had to call out an emergency plumber to fix it and had to pay double for it. We'll NEVER use this guy again. It's NOT SAFE! WATCH OUT!
Called a different company who came and totally missed the boat on my issue. Went down the list on google, and Joey was the first one who answered. I was impressed, first of all, that he actually ANSWERED and didn't send me to a secretary or a voicemail. He came out to my house very quickly and fixed my problem for a fraction of the cost the other company wanted to charge me. He was super knowledgeable and honest! I will never call anyone but Higgins for all my plumbing needs!
Did a great job. Had two plumbers previously take a look at the problem. He took a simple approach and the solution cost a fraction of the price.
