Ralph, the owner and pharmacist, is wonderful. Great customer service, kind and caring staff. What a difference from the huge retailers in the area where people are lost in the crowd. I moved to Ralph's from a nearby CVS about 5 years ago because my prescriptions were frequently not ready by the time they were promised and had terrible experiences with less than kind staff there. Ralph's has been great. I'd never go back.
My daughter's prescription didn't get mixed and it wasn't noticed until we got home. The pharmacist brought it by, after they closed, and delivered it to our home on a Friday night. That is unheard of. What excellent service!!!
Ralph's employees are always friendly and helpful. The entire staff smiles and they make you feel so good even if your day isn't going so well. You will feel better after visiting Ralph's! I appreciate them!
