Friendly staff, helpful, knowledgeable, and affordable. I showed up about 13 minutes before they closed and they never once made me feel like they were rushing me out the door. They also gave me a forum which they had already filled out and highlighted, that could be sent into the insurance company. I was very impressed with this business.
I HAVE BEEN PURCHASING FROM THIS PHARMACY FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW & PAYING OUT OF POCKET INSTEAD OF WITH INSURANCE BECAUSE IT IS WORTH THE EXPENSE & I TRUST THEM EXPLICITLY WITH MY PRESCRIPTIONS. THEY HAVE WONDERFUL PRODUCTS TO HELP HEAL US HOLISTICALLY.
I brought a natural lotion hesitant that it would work for me and was assured that I could return it if I was not satisfied. After a couple days I noticed it was not the right product for me. When I returned it the lady who helped me (she usually works out front and sold me the lotion) was rude, sour and unhappy I had returned the lotion. I use to shop at this pharmacy every other month, spending well over $200.00 a visit. Dave the owner should be aware of his staff unprofessional behavior. I have not returned to this pharmacy for over a year and now go to innovative pharmacy. Money talks...if you get terrible service..... there is too much competition out there to put up with it.
Dave and his staff are helpful and kind. I like how Dave will take the time to explain what his products will do and why they do it. I also found a few items in his store that I saw on Shark Tank... how cool is that!
