I just spent the night before a conference. I am impressed with this hotel! Clean. Well stocked with all supplies: fridge, microwave, k-cup coffee maker, Bath and Body Works toiletries, plug ins, etc. I really like that the bathtub has been replaced with a shower with glass sliding doors! The free breakfast was abundant and diverse. Overall, a great stay!
Room was clean and the shower was nice and hot. Ac blew cold air all night. And finished our stay off with a great breakfast. Pancakes and sausage with gravey is amazing.
Great overnights experience. Room was clean and well maintained. Berry happy with the room and would stay here again.
I typically stay at HIE whenever I travel but this one is lacking. The room was nice and comparable to other locations. There was no acknowledgement of my rewards membership status at check in. In the evening when using the pool I noticed there were no towels in the pool area. I went to inform the front desk and their response was "How many do you need?" I explained that there were five people currently in the pool they just handed me a big stack of towels to take back in there. No offer to help. The breakfast was good but there weren't any healthier options like egg whites and turkey sausage that I've had at other Holiday Inn Express'.
As a tour manager for Froggy Fresh, I travel a lot and stay in many Holiday Inn Expresses but this property stands in a class of it's own with it's slick modern design and thoughtful room decor. The indoor pool was sweet too as it was too brutally hot to have had to swim outside. Our room looked brand new and the whole hotel was extremely clean and in pristine repair. Lastly the breakfast was ace and had the maximum and best offerings of continental varieties and it's right off of the exit. A great spot.
