Before I start, the sales staff was helpful in most of these matters. I've never left a poor review on a hotel before, but I started making a list of things that were issues with my stay on the second day because there were so many.
This hotel has comfortable beds, clean, updated rooms, and friendly, accommodating staff. The Whirlpool suite is spacious and the tub fits two people. Good typical Hampton Inn breakfast. Building maintenance is sightly below Hampton standards.
- Breakfast was terrible.
- Room smelled like mildew
- Wifi did not work in my room, only in the hallway and downstairs
- Cable TV froze and lost signal so often that it was frustrating to watch
I also work here I love this place not to mention I have the best regional manager in the word has name is Tye baker you should stop by we have a pool we'd love to have oh yea and our Bacon is real
- Coffee in lobby was cold
- Found a bug in my bed on day 3
All the employees I've encountered have been so kind and attentive. However the facility is old and while there have been some aesthetic updates, I think there are some infrastructure updates needed. The elevator is small and makes a lot of noise. The room HVAC system is working but it's a blend of an old motel type system located at a window and a wall thermostat. Normally I would say, if it ain't broke don't fix it but I think this needs to be brought up to date and would likely be more efficient.

Right off the highway, close to everything! Rooms were clean, breakfast was great! Fresh cookies when you get back to your room. Will definitely stay here again!!
