Shop here a lot. Normally, quick. Unless you need help... we bought an item that was $20 more than it said online. We spent 25 minutes waiting for the guy to find someone to fix it. He acted like it was supposed to be a different store or something. Anyway, we finally got it fixed but we were pretty irritated by the time we left. The girl that was working our register was great though. She did a great job trying to us. Doesn't always seem like the associates in certain departments are Berri knowledgeable though. I don't like that much.
Another great Home Depot. Multiple people helped me find the things I was looking for. Very friendly helpful staff.
I have always received excellent customer service at this location. The employees I've encountered always go above and beyond. There is a gentleman that works in the paint department that always asks my three year old son to "help" and involves him in the process which makes the trips more enjoyable for both of us. I have nothing bad to say about this location.
