Needed electrical supplies. An older gentleman waited on me. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I got what I needed quickly. WOW it was a pleasant experience.
My roommate and I went in to purchase a facet for our kitchen sink which is being installed by Lowe's, next week. We wandered around for a few minutes looking for the right isle, passing a few employees and no one offered to direct us in the right direction. We then asked someone and they rudely told us where to go. Once we found the facet we wanted, we went in search of someone who could tell us if it would work for our sink. The first employee we asked, didn't know but pointed us in the right direction. Once we got there, three employees just stared at us and went back to their conversation. We then went to customer service and the two people who helped us there were very friendly and extremely helpful! Big shout out to Danny, he deserves 5 stars!
Great location. Don't have to fight the Edmond traffic. Employees are very helpful.
Well stocked and if assistance is needed, you do have to ask them generally.
We love this Lowes. It doesn't always have what we are looking for, but it's smaller than some of the others, and if you ask they'll find it for you. Yesterday in the carpet section, a young man named Dustin cut me some turf. He cut it in sections that I could carry it, and did a little extra by rolling it where it was easy to carry. Thank you Dustin for going above and beyond.
