Great place to find lighting. Their prices are competitive. It is best to make an appointment so you can get some great attention on your project. It's hard for them to service you well when they are all working on other clients things... Overall, I totally recommend them. Their website is a great place to search also!!
Worst customer service ever!!!! They might be a good place to get a light or two, but HORRIBLE with new construction!!! When they did the walk through of the house I guess their "guy" decides to take stuff he doesn't see instead of asking!! Needless to say we were short a few lights and then they don't own up to their mistakes! So we had to wait to get the lights, of course pay more and put a delay on our house!! Would NOT recommend!!!!
I would agree that they have nice products. But the staff leave much to be desired. I went in more than once because I wanted to change all of the hardware in my home. Could not get anyone to even acknowledge me. When someone finally did they said they had to help another gentleman who had just walked in. I finally gave up and made my purchase somewhere else. Very snooty personnel at this store and not helpful.
Great place to go if you need plenty of options and styles to pick from. They have value line items that are budget minded all the way to high dollar mansion items. Nice big store. Lighting(indoor/outdoor), seating, tables.
